This course provides an opportunity to gain an overview of facilitation and to learn a variety of basic techniques in a fast paced one-day course.
Suitable for those with little to no previous experience of facilitation, this course will equip you with the skills and understanding to both participate more effectively in meetings as well as to facilitate small to medium sized groups, building your professional capacity and confidence.
